Codes usually arrive within a few seconds. If yours hasn't: wait the full 60-second timer, then tap Resend. Check that you entered the correct +63 number, that you have signal, and that your inbox isn't full. Codes expire after 5 minutes, and after 3 wrong attempts the code locks — just request a fresh one. Still nothing? Email support@youcodetech.com.
There are no passwords. Enter your +63 mobile number, and we'll text you a 6-digit one-time code. Type it in to verify, and you're signed in. The same steps work whether you're creating an account or signing back in on a new device.
Just sign in on the new device with your number and a fresh one-time code — each device becomes its own session. You can review and individually sign out devices anytime in Settings → Account → Devices & Sessions. Note: because encryption keys live on your device, message history may not carry over to a brand-new device in this version.
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, sessions, and contacts right away; your messages are purged within 30 days and it cannot be undone. You can start that process anytime from the web. Deactivate your account →
